WISUTEC develops and implements data management software for control and maintenance measures on water bodies and water management facilities in Thuringia

The Geoinformatics team of the G.E.O.S. branch WISUTEC supports the rapid development and expansion of data management in the Thuringian State Agency for Environment, Mining and Nature Conservation (TLUBN). Within the scope of control and maintenance measures on water bodies and water management facilities in Thuringia, WISUTEC engineers develop and implement software for the management of the authority's extensive data.

Various modules of the AL.VIS software suite are used to collect data on water body maintenance. A strong interlinking of the collected data is aimed at, so that a comprehensive evaluation is made possible.

The Water Authority staff can now rely on web-based software for data collection and research, as all the modules used are based on modern web technology. When working with the data, they are provided with the available range of data and information in the form of maps, factual data, photos and documents.
